Added 2/2/12


As of 2/10/12, our New Britain store will be closing as we move into our new (larger) location.  Our online warehouse and retail location will be combined into one "online outlet" store, allowing us to keep our prices even lower than before.  Having both the online and retail store's locations be in the same building will help to streamline order processing, simplify custom vivarium orders, and make everything run generally smoother. 

The retail store will no longer carry live animals outside of what we (NEHERP and our local breeding partners) breed personally, ensuring extremely high quality. 
We won't be offering feeder insects from the new location, but otherwise we'll be mostly the same shop only with limited hours in a new "industrial" style building.

While we move (2/1/12 through 3/1/12), we'll be a bit slower responding to emails, calls, and pulling orders. 
As opposed to our normal 1-business day turnaround for online orders, we'll have a 1-4 day turnaround (depending on the complexity).

We will be temporarily holding all perishable orders while we wait for slightly warmer weather. Shipping out with low temps in the single digits is never a good thing!
If your order contains perishable items, please use 2'nd or next day delivery service to guarantee live arrival.
