Return & Exchange Policy
Please read this entire page before submitting a return
Items Which Aren't Returnable:
• Perishable Items (Plants, Microfauna, Feeders, etc)
• Loose, Unpackaged Decor (Wood, Accessories, etc)
• Resealable Bagged product (Substrates, Leaf Litter, etc)
• Products in non-resalable condition (Opened or used)
• Items sold on non-refundable deals marked "Clearance"
• Items which were delivered 15 or more days ago
• Items made from glass. (Inserts, jars, terrariums)
Returnable Items:
• Unopened, unused supply items within 14 days of receipt
• Brand name products in original packaging
• NEHERP Brand items within our warranty period

Please note: We don't require a return process for items covered by our store policies. For example, hard supply items damaged in transit and perishable items which were shipped using a live-arrival guaranteed shipping method are usually covered under our basic store policies.
