Difficulty Checking Out
Reasons behind why you may be having trouble checking out, and how to fix it!
Like most reputable online retailers, we are unable to accept credit/debit/gift cards unless the billing address matches the address entered during checkout. This is a security measure to ensure the person using the card is the person who owns the card. If our website's checkout system is unable to verify the billing address with the card issuer during checkout, you may encounter a message similar to, "PayPal cannot use this card for this transaction". The same card will probably work when purchasing things in-person, since the physical swipe (or chip) doesn't require the same safety requirements as a manually punched-in credit card purchase. Luckily, there are two easy ways to proceed.
Solution 1: Register Your Card

Linking your billing address to your new card only takes a couple minutes, and doing so almost always allows the card to be used online. This is especially important to consider with gift cards, prepaid cards, and newly acquired credit or debit cards. Simply call the number or visit the website printed on the back of the card & add your billing address for online use. Most of the time, once the billing address is linked to your card, checking out online becomes possible instantly. If you have any trouble along the way, don't hesitate to contact us.
Solution 2: Submit The Order Manually

Having said that, if this will be a one-time-use card, or you just don't feel like registering the card at the moment, there's still a way you can place your order! Using our Manual Order Submission Page, you'll be able to copy/paste your whole shopping cart, and send us a copy of the order with all the details we'll need to manually enter your order. With the order submitted manually, one of the NEHERP team members will give you a call to accept your card info over the phone. We can bypass the site's checkout & manually enter your card using this method. 
Solution 3: Use PayPal
For the fastest checkout, once signed up
Our site accepts PayPal as one of it's payment methods, and once you've signed up, it'll make checking out at NEHERP (and thousands of other sites) extremely quick moving forward. It's mega secure, super easy to use, and is probably our most popular method of checkout. If you have PayPal already, you can quickly add a card to your account & use it that way.
