We're finally back to making our own
vertical conversion kits again. Our
newly renovated design continues to incorporate stainless steel
hardware, 3/16" thick glass, and our exclusive acrylic hinge, which won't wear out long
term. Our lower panel is now 3.5 inches high, which is perfect
for live vivarium use - maximizing the viewing panel size and leaving plenty
of room for a drainage & substrate layer. (20/29 kits lower panel
is 4.5" high) The glass door's edges are
hand sanded to a smoother finish to keep
the risk of an accidental cut as low as possible. Another new feature
on our 'V2' kits is the option for heavy duty screen material at no
additional cost. The HD material is more opaque than our standard
no-see-um screening, but it's guaranteed to hold up to abuse from larger
reptiles. Each kit is tested to fit perfectly before shipping, and now
comes available with an optional 3oz tube of Zoo Med Black 100% Silicone.
