While we do have a small retail store - we're not just a pet store.  We're a breeder! 
We breed many of the exotic animals available for sale both at the retail store and on this site.  All of the animals that weren't bred by us were captive bred by reputable breeders. We always do our best to support small-scale breeders whenever we can because we believe smaller breeders have the highest quality animals available.  Unlike other stores, we never sell wild caught animals.  This helps save wild populations from poaching and always provides a healthier pet for you and your family!

If you've got questions about any of the animals we offer don't hesitate to ask!  We've got first-hand breeding experience with many of the species we sell.  We also offer care sheets (free!) for anyone interested in an animal.

Store Return & Exchange Policy

Supplies & hard goods may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase in unopened condition with original receipt. NO RETURNS on feeders, loose terrarium decor or plants. (For sanitary reasons!)

Please contact us for live animal warranty info.  All of our animals are available with FREE care sheets upon request and we're always happy to answer questions about your pets.
NO refunds or exchanges for live animals due to neglect or inexperience. 
We reserve the right to refuse sale of any animals when it's well-being is in question.



Inventory Notice:

Our retail store carries a little better selection of hard inventory than we have listed on our website.  Some products are just too big to ship - others will be added as time goes on.  On the other hand, our website usually carries more plant species than we offer in our small retail store!  If you need a specific terrarium plant please contact us prior to your visit to make sure we'll have it for you!  ☺
