We don't mean to rush you, but time is of the essence!

It's important to catch address change issues as quickly as possible, since FedEx & USPS both charge fees to redirect packages, once the box has shipped. Having said that, we'll do our absolute best to make the change before it ships whenever possible. Please do not email us about address changes! This form sends a special flag through our system & shows up bright red on every office computer, to maximize the likelihood that we'll catch the order before it ships. Emailing about an address change instead of using this form greatly increases the chances of encountering a pesky redirect fee from FedEx or USPS.
 

What You Need To Know:

 
• This changes the address of this single pending order, not future orders. Our system will always default to the order provided during checkout.
 
• In our experience, calling USPS customer service is a lot like being bitten in the face by a hungry adult Boa Constrictor, only not as enjoyable. Please, please, please remember to change your address before you place the next order. :-)
 
• If you are redirecting out-of-state, or from a commercial address to a residential one, it might cost us more to ship than our shopping cart calculated. If that's the case, we'll contact you after you order with a secure email invoice. (Payable via credit card, debit card, e-check, or PayPal)
 
• If a package has already shipped & will need to be redirected by FedEx or USPS, the redirect process will add one day onto the transit time. This may void our perishable shipping guarantee. If the address is changed before it ships, the processing/shipping time will not be altered. :-)
 
• We will not redirect packages containing live animals which have already shipped unless it's absolutely necessary. Even if it's a few-hour drive, the responsible thing to do is take the trip, and pick up the animals to prevent a potentially life-threatening redirect delay.
